2.1 Premium Subscriptions
For monthly premium subscriptions:
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial subscription purchase.
- If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund.
- After the initial 14-day period, we do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of the billing cycle if you decide to cancel.
- When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium content until the end of your current billing period.
For annual premium subscriptions:
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
- If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.
- After the initial 30-day period, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion, less a £25 administrative fee.
2.2 Digital Investment Guides and Ebooks
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital investment guides and ebooks are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the product has been delivered.
- If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital product and wish to request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we may consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
2.3 Online Courses and Webinars
For pre-recorded courses:
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
- If you have completed more than 25% of the course, no refund will be issued.
For live webinars and events:
- Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled event.
- 50% refunds are available between 2-7 days before the scheduled event.
- No refunds are available within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person or receive access to the recorded session (if recording is available) at no additional cost.
2.4 Personalized Services
For personalized portfolio analysis and consultation services:
- Full refunds are available if canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- No refunds are provided for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery to discuss potential partial refunds or alternative solutions.
